What I Will Watch

Television series are basically the same episode over and over again. Their redeeming value is their consistency which comforts or numbs the mind.

I don't need comfort in the Spring or the Summer. I need it in the cold, bitter Winter.

That is why I have stopped watching TV shows, as of March 1. I will marathon them in November through January. Whatever I can't watch in a day will carry over to next year.
