The NHL's new alignment for 2012-2013

This alignment was approved by the Board of Governors yesterday.

Playoffs
Conference Round 1: 1st & 4th seeds and 2nd & 3rd seeds play.
Conference Round 2: winners from 1st round play each other.
Semi-Finals: The four Conference champions play (seeding to be determined)
Stanley Cup Finals
