Programming Notes

As expected, MSNBC will launch a panel show on Monday. The Cycle will fill the hour left open by Dylan Ratigan's departure on Friday. Regular Dylan Ratigan Show mega- panelists Toure and Krystal Ball are joined by frequent MSNBC contributors Steve Kornacki and S.E. Cupp as the four co-hosts for the 3pm show, as Martin Bashir takes the 4pm slot.

CBSwill launch CBS Sports Radio in January. Unlike NBC, which recently announced its plans to start up a sports radio network, CBS owns sports radio stations, and has secured coverage in the top 50 radio markets.

The Supreme Court gave 8 thumbs up to "fleeting expletives and momentary nudity."
