Programming Notes

Variety: "The percentage of viewers watching live TV from 8-9 p.m. has plummeted from 83% in 2008 to 64% in 2012, ... Viewers who switch channels mid-program tumbled from 43% in 2008 to 30%." Family Guy gets a 200th episode special after its 200th episode on November 11. Programming doesn't get much cheaper than reruns from thirty to sixty years ago. NBC owned stations will launch digital subchannel Cozi TV next year. Univision has a new 3D logo. The morning after Lewis Black berated Lance Armstrong on The Daily Show, saying he was now wearing a DenyStrong bracelet, Armstrong was fired by Nike and he resigned from LiveStrong.
