Elementary grew two tenths out of Person of Interest.
Series lows for Two and a Half Men, Glee, Parks & Rec, Rock Center, and The Office. The X Factor was down three tenths from last week.

Grey's Anatomy came back strong at 4.4, but it didn't help Scandal much.

TVBTN: Franklin & Bash Renewed by TNT for a Third Season NHL labor talks resume this weekend, and all 106 preseason games have been canceled. But NBC Sports Network will have college hockey games on Fridays, as usual, starting October 12, one day after the NHL season was supposed to begin. FOX News Channel broadcasted a suicide today, that of a driver who stopped his car after being chased by police. Shepard Smith said, "We took every precaution we knew how to take to keep that from being on TV." Except not putting car chases on television.
