America's Got Talent has got a new series low. It was beaten by its lead-out: two hours of the Democratic National Convention, as well as CBS's Big Brother and Big Bang Theory rerun. ABC's Wipeout and Rookie Blue bounced back three tenths from their series lows set last week.

The MTV Video Music Awards won the night with a 2.8.
