Both Wipeout and Rookie Blue fell to new series lows. A live edition of Big Brother skated a tenth above its series low. Next Thursday, NBC has a two-hour America's Got Talent, and Saving Hope will finish its run on Saturdays.

Site Update: NBC announced that it would put the debut episodes of its new Fall shows online two weeks before their television debuts. I had listed the online preview of Guys with Kids on Wednesday, August 29, two weeks before the "sneak preview" on September 12, but that would've been four weeks before the official television debut. So that's fixed.

Programming Notes

On Wednesday night, Bob Newhart will appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Kathy Griffin will visit Craig Ferguson on Tuesday night.

Randy Jackson will finally be demoted to mentor on American Idol. Oh wait, that's not true.

FOX renewed Hotel Hell.
