ABC: Just the Ten of Us ran four trial episodes after Who's the Boss, April 22-May 13. Once a Hero ran three episodes: Saturdays at 8-9pm, September 19-October 3. Ohara and Sable switched timeslots in December until January 9. Max Headroom replaced Probe on April 28. Family Man ran Fridays at 9:30 starting March 18. Starting in the Spring, Bronson Pinchot and Mark Linn Baker from Perfect Strangers provided interstituals during the Friday night comedy block, the precursor to ABC's T.G.I.F., which debuted in September 1989.


CBS: A sitcom line-up ran briefly on Tuesdays, 8-10pm, from March 15-29: Trial and Error, My Sister Sam, Coming of Age, and Frank's Place. Tour of Duty ran Saturdays at 9-10pm starting March 12.


NBC: The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd ran after Cheers, March 3-April 28. Sonny Spoon moved to Fridays at 9pm on May 13. J.J. Starbuck ran Saturdays at 10-11pm December 5-March 5.


FOX: It's Garry Shandling's Show first ran on Showtime, 1986-1990. Second Chance was renamed Boys Will Be Boys in January.


Syndication: Webster moves from ABC and The Twilight Zone moves from CBS.
